Order of events, our special day. 4:30 pm guest arrivals — a warm welcome as our story begins. 5:00 pm ceremony — at sunset, where two hearts become one. 5:30 pm cocktail hour — drinks and golden light across the grounds. 6:30 pm reception — an evening of love, shared meals and dancing. 10:30 pm send-off — our happily ever after begins.

Charleston International Airport, CHS, about 20 minutes from the venue — the most convenient choice, the closest airport, with many direct flights. Savannah and Hilton Head International Airport, SAV, about 1 hour 45 minutes from the venue — a great alternative with plenty of domestic flight options. Myrtle Beach International Airport, MYR, about 2 hours 15 minutes from the venue — another convenient option with seasonal and budget-friendly flights. Where to stay. The Dewberry Charleston, a luxury boutique hotel, about 10 minutes from the venue — a refined Charleston icon in a serene elegant room, with dining and a rooftop overlooking the city. Hotel Bennett, a luxury hotel, about 10 minutes from the venue — grand Southern elegance with a spa, rooftop bar, and beautifully appointed guest rooms. The Charleston Place, a historic luxury hotel, about 8 minutes from the venue — a five-star landmark in the heart of historic Charleston, perfect for a luxury wedding weekend.
Getting around. Rent a car, or use Uber or Lyft — public transport out to the venue is limited. Allow 30 minutes for the drive to the venue, and plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. While you’re here. If you’re making a weekend of it: take a stroll along the Battery, explore King Street’s charming shops and restaurants, visit Boone Hall Plantation, or relax on the beaches of Isle of Palms or Sullivan’s Island.
